How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who contacts Longspirit Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Longspirit Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Longspirit Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@longspirit.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
